Rain and wind could not dampen the spirits of LMA members who took part in the 2025 London New Year’s Day Parade. Led by the Right Worshipful Lord Mayor of Westminster, Councillor Robert Rigby, the parade included bands and floats from around London, the UK and the United States.

The LMA thanks Destination Events and Bob Bone for their generous support of the LMA and the prizes awarded to Boroughs who enter floats and local groups. This year the London boroughs of Lewisham, Sutton and the Royal Borough of Greenwich won the top prizes and cash awards for their local mayoral charities.
